I wrote this brochure many years ago, but it is still one of my favorites.
General brochure promoting auto body shop, including information about Unibody repair and insurance claims.

A message for the unhappy owner of a crumpled car:
Of course you're upset.
Your car has had a close encounter with another car. Or a parked car. Or a parked tree. In any event, your car is crunched.
Please, don't worry.
We can't roll back time, change history and erase the accident. But we can make your car look like it never happened. Perform like it never happened.
And we can do it without any aggravation to you. (We're sure you've had enough of that already.)
We know you don't want any more surprises. So first, we preapre an accurate damage report, itemizing the cost for parts and labor. We put it in writing and explain it to you. We proceed only when you authorize us to proceed.
Then, we can handle all the paperwork for your insurance claim. We work directly with your insurance agent. In fact, several big insurance companies -- CNA, Travelers, Prudential and Selective -- authorize us to act as their appraiser and make the repairs. It's proof of their trust in us.
